Coop Norge SA (Coop) has selected Knowit and Mambu to implement a new core banking system to manage member deposits. The new solution, powered by Mambu’s cloud-native core banking platform and seamlessly integrated into Coop’s infrastructure by Knowit, will modernize and streamline the management of millions of member accounts across Norway.

Innovation Norway has selected Knowit and Mambu to modernise its core banking platform, marking a significant milestone in the digital transformation of public financial services. The new solution will optimise Innovation Norway’s loan, grant, and guarantee functions, enabling greater efficiency and scalability for the organisation and the businesses it supports.

Through this collaboration, financial institutions across the Nordics can accelerate their digital transformation. At the same time, the partnership enables Knowit, together with Backbase, to deliver superior banking experiences while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and security.

Knowit has been tasked with modernizing the housing loan solution of the Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund (SPK). The new platform is a flexible, user-friendly, and complete component-based banking solution. The contract with SPK has a total value of NOK 100 million over ten years.
